Life In A BPO – Part I

Hie. This is Swetha from Chennai. As of now i am working as a Personal Secretary to a famous export company’s CEO. Here it goes.

This Story begins 4 years back. That is during our final year of our college, a sad thing has happened. My Parents met with an accident while returning from a movie, during the New year. After the sad happenings it almost took a couple of months for myself to recover. Because i was the eldest daughter of my parents, where as i have a younger brother and sister who are just 8 and 6 years old. With out knowing what to in life i continued and finished my exams with the help of my friends. Here came the biggest task of my life. Now i am forced to find a job immediately, because i should provide good shelter, living and education to my family.

My friends had helped me by sacrificing their chances and by making me attend the interview first and because of the same i had been selected as Tele-caller for an BPO company. I had got this job because of my average English fluency. I was really happy because i had got a job which could satisfy the basic needs of my family. With the help of my friends i have managed to pay the tuition fees of my brother and daughter and put them up in a govt. school. After making them settle in one of my known uncles house. I started my journey to Chennai.

To tell you about myself, i am 25yrs of age, with a good figure. I joined this company with two of my friends from my college during 2010 June. Both are from same college as mine. Their names are Ashwini and Ramya. Both are good looking and they are from a middle-class family. They have just joined this BPO for a hifi independent life. We all three have stayed in a PG initially. Here comes the first day of my BPO life. First few weeks of schedule was good, we were given training. After the training was over we were asked to vacate from our PG because of our night shifts, in the pretext of the same we had rented a small house, where my friends have paid the advance amount. Initially we were told that night shifts will only be allotted on lot basis. But later the same continued for many days. We did not complain regarding the same. Another set of new girls were selected in our company who where from different colleges all over the state. Now totally we were 18 girls. All were given the same 20k package. After the initial training was over for all of us. We were allotted different batches and different shifts.

To give a clear picture there are 3 teams in our company. Each team contains 72 guys and 6 girls. A team consists of 24 guys and 2 girls in each shifts. Then came the biggest shock of my life. I was allotted 1st week morning shifts. During the start of the shift there was a change in the systems allotted. We both girls were not given our area of work, and hence we were waiting for the same. This was the same case for all 6 girls. We were confused initially. But later our Trainer told that training was given just for name sake. Our real nature of work will be pleasing the guys who are working in our team. We were really pissed off because of this information. We really do not know what to do. Because we were really held by this company by having our original certificates and records. We do not know what to decide.

Later the company’s senior most staff name Anitha was coming there to office, as she was a nice type of lady we approached her. As we asked her regarding resigning from this company she reminded us about of 2 year contract which we had signed during our first day in office. She even told about her career where as she started her life as same as us. Initially she did not agree for the same and one of her batch-mate even threatened the company that she will be making a complaint to the police. But after that issue the same girl was not present in the office for the next 5 days. Later when she came to office she directly went to the manager cabin. After half an hour we all were called inside the manager’s cabin.

Then we all newly appointed female staffs went there. We were really shocked that we could not find her, then our manager was again asking us our concerns in this regard but we were still fighting. But during his conversation with us his words were missing and he was missing a couple of words in each sentence. We were in his cabin for the past 30 mins, now he was not missing his words but really moaning.

After 10 or 15 seconds he was jerking. Then after a minute he came back to normal, he asked her to come out. We were really shocked to see the girl who was scolding all the manager and the male staffs was coming from under his table fully naked and with traces of cum in her lips. The then our manager asked her to tell now. She was telling her willingness to continue to work in this company. Everyone was shocked because she was the one who retorted the company initially by threatening, but now she accepts for it. We were really in a state where we did not know what happened to her during the span of 5 days, which makes her to accept this proposal. Then by seeing this situation our manager got up from his chair and told her to tell everything to us in this same state(nude), and he went out after zipping up.
